Laptop for Sale

I'm looking to sell my laptop and get a netbook instead. It's a Toshiba Satellite U405D-S2874. It has some scratches on the outside of it, but otherwise it's fine. I'll do my best to clean up the fingerprints, and I'll remove the fish stickers. X3

I've been wanting to switch to a laptop, myself. I've got a netbook. Any chance you'd be interested in a trade? x)

How old is it? What's the battery life like? And any idea what the weight of it is?

It's 2 - 3 years old. I can't remember exactly when I got it. The battery lasts about 2 hours on full charge. It's around five pounds.

I've got an asus EeePC 1005HA that's maybe a year and a half old. I upgraded the ram from 1 to 2gb. The battery went bad in it about a month after I got it, and it's impossible to get any customer service from asus, so I never got my replacement. It can last maybe an hour on full charge (even though it never fully charges--it only goes up to about 88%), but I just keep it plugged in all the time. If you want it to be mobile, you'd need to buy a new battery. I think last time I checked they were a little under $100.

I'll do some checking around and read some reviews on your laptop. :)

Alrighty. Definitely upgrade your ram in the netbook you get. :) And be super careful not to ever let your battery discharge if it's lithium ion--that's what killed mine. :|
